How long do your dough balls keep?
Our dough balls stay fresh and tasty for up to 5-7 days in the refrigerator. Freezing is not possible.
Do I need to do anything else before using the dough?
Our dough can be made immediately, but needs to rise for at least 4 hours before you can use it.
Do you also supply small kitchens or food trucks?
Absolutely! Whether you run a large restaurant or have a food truck, we deliver to kitchens of all sizes with the same care and service.
What makes your dough different from other providers?

What is the shelf life of half-baked products?
Our half-baked products are delivered frozen and keep for up to six months. You only need to defrost them; then they are ready to use immediately.
